Twist & Shout - DIY Side Twist Top

This year I decided to fully embrace the red theme for Valentine’s Day by making the a simple yet gorgeous side twist top! I hope this bright top brings at least a smile to your face. 

Details:

Pattern - McCalls 7975

My measurements - Bust 40”, waist 34”, hips 45”

Size sewn - L

Fabric - Ponte de Roma knit in tomato red

Sewing level in my opinion - Easy. As long as you’re comfortable sewing with knits. 

Modification -I shortened the sleeves by 2.25 inches. 

I did not make any other modifications made to this pattern although I think I could have made a medium size graded to large in the hips.
